Declutter

Welcome to Declutter. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Using the App

Declutter is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under these terms. You may install and use the app on devices you own or control, for your personal use. You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, or otherwise misuse the app or its content.

2. Your Photo Library

Declutter analyses your photo library on your device to suggest items you may want to delete — duplicates, screenshots, and large videos. The app processes your content entirely on your device — we do not upload, view, or store it. You are responsible for the photos and videos in your library and for the decisions you make about which items to keep or delete.

Declutter never deletes anything without your explicit confirmation. Items you flag remain in your library until you tap Delete from the in-app bin, at which point they are removed using Apple's standard PhotoKit deletion. Deleted items are moved by iOS to your Recently Deleted album for 30 days; you can restore them from the system Photos app during that window.

We recommend keeping a recent backup of your photo library (for example via iCloud Photos or a computer backup) before performing large cleanups. While Declutter is designed to be safe, you are solely responsible for ensuring your important content is backed up.

3. Pro Subscription

Declutter offers an optional Pro subscription that unlocks unlimited cleanups across duplicates, screenshots, and large videos. The free tier lets you explore and review your library; deleting flagged items requires Pro.

• Subscriptions are offered as monthly and annual auto-renewable plans. The current price and any introductory offer are shown on the in-app paywall before purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period unless cancelled beforehand, in accordance with Apple's billing and renewal policies.
• You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time from the Settings tab in the app, or in your Apple ID account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current paid period remains active until it expires.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you start a paid subscription, where applicable.
• You can restore an active subscription on any device signed in to the same Apple ID via "Restore Purchases" in the Settings tab or on the paywall.
• All purchases are processed by Apple and refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. Disclaimer

Declutter is provided as-is. Cleanup suggestions are heuristic: the app identifies items that look like duplicates, screenshots, or oversized videos, but it cannot judge the personal value of any photo or video. Review each suggestion before deleting, and remember that anything you delete is moved to the system Recently Deleted album for 30 days before being permanently removed.

The app may contain links to websites or services we do not operate. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites, and visiting them is at your own risk.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Declutter after an update means you accept the revised terms.
