Privacy Policy

MNDFUL

Your privacy is important to us. It is MNDFUL's policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you through our app, MNDFUL.

We only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we're collecting it and how it will be used.

We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. What data we store, we'll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorised access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.

We don't share any personally identifying information publicly or with third-parties, except when required to by law.

Habit Data

Your habits, check-in history, streaks, and achievements are stored locally on your device. This data never leaves your device unless you have iCloud sync enabled, in which case Apple syncs it privately across your own devices under Apple's iCloud privacy terms. This data is removed if you delete the app.

Apple Health

MNDFUL can read health data — such as step count, sleep analysis, and mindful minutes — from Apple Health to automatically complete health-linked habits. This data is read-only and is never sent to any external server. It is accessed only on your device and only when you explicitly grant permission.

App Blocking

MNDFUL uses Apple's Screen Time framework to lock apps you choose until your habits are complete. The list of apps you block is stored locally and is never transmitted anywhere.

Notifications

MNDFUL may ask permission to send local notifications — for example, reminders to complete your habits. These notifications are delivered locally; we do not run a notification server and we cannot push messages to you remotely.

Subscriptions

Purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive or store your name, email, or payment information.

Our app may link to external sites that are not operated by us. Please be aware that we have no control over the content and practices of these sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy policies.

You are free to refuse our request for your personal information, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with some of your desired services.

Your continued use of our app will be regarded as acceptance of our practices around privacy and personal information. If you have any questions about how we handle user data and personal information, feel free to contact us.
