MNDFUL

Welcome to MNDFUL. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Using the App

MNDFUL is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under these terms. You may install and use the app on devices you own or control, for your personal use. You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, or otherwise misuse the app or its content.

2. App Blocking

MNDFUL uses Apple's Screen Time framework to lock apps you choose until your habits are complete. Blocking effectiveness depends on the iOS permissions granted by the device owner. We do not guarantee that all apps will be blocked in all circumstances, and accept no responsibility for any inability to access blocked apps or for unintended access to apps that should be blocked.

3. Apple Health

MNDFUL can read health data from Apple Health to automatically complete health-linked habits. This data is read-only and is never sent to any external server. Accuracy depends on the data recorded in Apple Health. MNDFUL is not a medical device and should not be used for medical purposes.

4. Subscription

MNDFUL requires a subscription to use. Subscriptions are offered as monthly and annual auto-renewable plans. The current price and any introductory offer are shown on the in-app paywall before purchase.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period unless cancelled beforehand, in accordance with Apple's billing and renewal policies.
• You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time in your Apple ID account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current paid period remains active until it expires.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you start a paid subscription, where applicable.
• You can restore an active subscription on any device signed in to the same Apple ID via "Restore Purchases" on the paywall.
• All purchases are processed by Apple and refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. Disclaimer

MNDFUL is provided as-is. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. Habit building and behaviour change results vary by individual — we make no guarantees about outcomes.

6. Third-Party Links

The app may contain links to websites or services we do not operate. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites, and visiting them is at your own risk.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of MNDFUL after an update means you accept the revised terms.
